What you move
Establishment, professional and personnel management of the IT Operations Team at the Neuenburg location, including recruitment, onboarding and further development
Stable IT operations across the entire site: warehouse, office and everything in between, from handhelds and scanners to workstations and local network infrastructure
Local point of contact for all employees at the site: structured support for office and operations, with the necessary depth for more complex warehouse and infrastructure issues
Rapid response to critical failures in ongoing warehouse operations, ensuring that operations never fail due to IT issues
Translator between operations and IT: You gather requirements from the warehouse and work with the central platform teams to find solutions
Professional development of IT-FLS (warehouse employees with additional IT functions): practical, direct and on equal terms
Ensuring second-level support including on-call responsibility
Establishing clean processes, structured documentation, and a solution-oriented team culture
What you will bring
3-5 years
IT Leadership
Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)
English (Advantageous)
Experience in IT operations and support in a diverse environment, ideally with a connection to logistics, production, or other business-related areas, combined with several years of management experience in IT operations
Broad technical knowledge in the operation and support of workplace, application, and infrastructure solutions, combined with a high willingness to learn
Excellent English skills, while German is a big plus
Strong understanding of effective IT support, with the ability to balance structured processes and direct intervention when needed, combined with a decisive and solution-oriented approach, even under time pressure and with incomplete information
Strong ability to build, lead, and develop teams, supported by clear, direct communication with operational and central IT stakeholders
