What you will bring
More than 5 years of experience
In software development
Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)
In computer science or a related field
English (Business fluent)
At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role
Excellent skills in Software Engineering - ideally gained in the context of event-driven, distributed systems at scale. Experience with C# and Python is a plus
Experience in agile software engineering and DevOps (CI/CD, automation, configuration management, and deployment tools)
Ideally, you have experience integrating LLMs/VLMs in your solutions that solve real business problems. You've also invested in evaluating those solutions, proving correctness and surfacing metrics relevant to business stakeholders
Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (and bonus point if you’re familiar with Google BigQuery)
The capacity to adapt to ongoing changes in the work environment as well as using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
